A sofa that opens as a pull out sofa rather than a bed

Looking for something similar to this sofa from homary. Or the Ikea friheten sofa in loveseat form. The objective is to use it as an extended sofa to lie down and watch TV (with back support) rather than having to open the mattress and put up bedsheet etc.
